  We had our Heating system quit the 1st technician come out and diagnose the problem , He ordered the parts, a month later a different technician Came out and install those Parts it did not solve the problem he diagnosed the new problem as the elements were bad And would need to be replaced ,2 weeks later the owner told us he had some used ones we could install for a couple 100 bucks By this time it had been over a month and we decided to contact the other company in town. They came out the next day diagnosed the Problem as the 1st replace part was bad !our heating element was Okay . He went to his warehouse brought out another replacement part To replace the 1st text part and we had heat within an hour.

  We had Desert Air, come out on a holiday weekend for a leaking mini split. Nate was so professional and fixed the problem immediately! Melissa was also a pleasure helping us, as this was stressful having an emergency, after hours, holiday weekend! She made sure we were taken care of. Highly recommend this company!

  I highly recommend Desert Air for your heating and cooling needs. I bought my condo with a 20 year old heat pump that stopped in the summer. Nate put a patch in so it would work until I could buy a new one. I had him install the new one and he installed a larger one than the one that was originally here since it wasn't big enough for this condo. He did a great job with the installation, was here on the day and time he had promised. He also installed 2 additional vents in rooms that needed them and a great wifi thermostat. I have had bad experiences with the other air conditioning person in our town and am so glad that Nate works in our area. Honest, professional and a very nice guy. What more could you want.
