  Derek and his crew are the best in the business! He was able to service my AC, trouble shoot electrical problems, install a bathroom fan through the attic, and put up ceiling fans. He came out quickly for an estimate and next day service!! Incredibly humble gentleman and will be my lifelong electrician.

  11/10. Derek mechanical Plus is a wonderful company. They are prompt in their response to my AC needs, professional, fairly priced, Knowledgeable and answered all of my question. I highly recommend them for any of your HVAC needs as well as electrical work. I wish I could rate even higher.
