  Horrible experience with this business, as tax payers we are the ones contributing to the pay and help. When you go in this office there is nobody to help you stacy sitting at the front desk her name is now the paperwork that goes out saying that she’s your case worker. But she’s not your case worker she scans in yours paperwork that’s it, you can’t get any help in there have a disabled for almost four years now it is harder and harder. before my TBI I was employed as nurse for the Surgery Center , spine department in Mercy SPRINGFIELD and weekends at Rolla manor. I know from working on the other end so I know firsthand how things are supposed to go and this is not the right way
