  I called them because I was having issues with my unit. I was told that it would cost $70 to get them to come out which I agreed to. When the tech showed up I explained to him that I was having pressure issues in the system. His diagnosis was that I had trash in the lines, he could clean them but could not guarantee that the trash in the line would be out after he was done ( I have never had someone tell me they can’t guarantee a job they would definitely charge me for) I decided to go another route and told him what I wanted. That is when I could see a lot of trial and errors to get to what I asked for, I had to point out what breaker went to the out side unit and the one to the inside unit because he kept turning the incorrect one off. I was charged $140 for something that could and should have taken an hour by someone who new what he was doing. It looked to me like is the type of business that hopes you have the common issues (small leak recharge the Refrigerant maybe change a contactor or a capacitor) anything outside of that your unit is no good and you need it replaced or a costly maintenance process will follow.

  Excellent experience...technician was on time , polite , and clean . I was expecting a higher price just because of my luck but they were very fair . Thanks for making me cool again Mr Deno !!!

  Deno's did a wonderful job. They responded right away. Excellent service. Tryson went above and beyond. Highly recommended for residential or commercial.
