MAJOR attitude from the man's wife. Poor PR. I wouldn't suggest it. Not to mention requiring a credit card BEFORE they come. Lol bad business dude. This isn't the 1970's you started in old man. People change and so should your PR. But what do I know, I only went to school for small business entrepreneurship. I can't reply so I'll edit. Don't worry, Northern Heating and Cooling was prompt, helpful and experienced to keep my family warm that night so we wouldn't get sick again, seeing how we just got better.

Sir I told you we could not come until Friday morning but after talking with you Thursday late afternoon you stated then you were going to call someone else. Then you called back and said you couldn’t find anyone else. You were coughing so I asked if anyone was sick in the house, you said yes that your family is sick. You also stated you had lots of mold in the house. After talking with my husband, we decide it was in our best interest that he did not go to your house since the family is sick. So, I called you back Friday morning to tell you, that you would have to find someone else and you were very rude to me and even apologized saying you just woke up. We have only one service man and if he gets sick, he is not able to work. I said I was sorry but we can’t take a chance on him getting sick. Sorry we can’t make a deal when it comes to his health. Then you hung the phone up on me. As for the credit card yes, we do require a credit card if we have not done any service at the home in the past. You have a furnace that was not installed by us. That furnace should have been maintained by the installing contractor, at a annual basis. Had you performed this maintenance you probably would not have put your family in this situation.

Took multiple calls to talk to anyone. Denny did the original installation before I bought the house. The Condensing unit is right in front of electric meter socket. I need to have it moved before power company will come for upgrade. Now unit needs service and I can’t even get a call back to get service. Will call Freedom Heating and cooling next.

The condenser was installed approximately 20 years ago. Cannot find any info in our system on it or, on you. Many people think because our sticker is on a furnace means we installed it, that is not the case, it just means we were there at one time. We do not know of the circumstances 20 years ago, and you were not the owner at that time. We were out to your residence on 2 occasions, first service call we found no one home on that appointment. Second call repaired the problem. You have a "I want it done free attitude". You nor do we know the circumstances 20 years ago. Things change over time and neither of us know what happened then. Sorry for any inconvenience

Excellent, called for a quote and came out the same day. Two days later he is installing my new furnace and running duct work. He will get all my business from here on.
