  After purchasing a York unit when they was JLK mechanical and paying over $7000 for the unit with specifications that all parts and labor was free for 10 years. With Dennis Patterson, they want you to pay for everything. Every time I've called them out, they find a reason to charge us for labor and cost. This heating and air company is not about customer service and will pick your pocket every chance they get. The service technician is a great guy, but the owner charges for everything that he possibly can. Find a different heating and air place if you're looking to purchase is my advice.

  Well. After wasting $500 on a failed solution by One Hour Heating and Cooling, I contacted Dennis Patterson HVAC. Guess what, my AC now works as it should. I'm ranting over the quality and professionalism of service provided. The story. Less than a month ago, my upstairs ac unit stopped working. I contacted the installer, One Hour Heating and Cooling. Within hours, an arrogant tech showed up on site, did a simple patch on the thermostat, dropped in a charge of leak sealer, then charged me $500 for a system that was still under American Standard's basic warranty. Jump forward to Patterson HVAC. Within weeks the previous fix, so-called, failed. I decided to try a local HVAC service, and remembered seeing Patterson HVAC trucks in the area. I placed a service call. Wow. The Doug, the tech, arrived on time, spoke with grace and humility, and quickly diagnosed my problem. Due to shoddy work by the installers, a weld joint in my attic air handler was leaking. Then the tech revealed the true meaning of professional customer service and quality. First, he captured my remaining coolant. Second, he repaired the leaky weld. Third, he vacuumed my system to eliminate any trapped air problems. Fourth, he recharged my unit, mostly using the captured coolant. Fifth, he gave me a bill that was barely over half of the bill for the inefficient and costly service provided by One Hour Heating and Cooling. So here's the final take. 1) I'll never again use or trust One Hour Heating and Cooling 2) Dennis Patterson HVAC is the team to call. If you've got an HVAC problem, Patterson is the place to call. They're fair, honest, efficient, and cost-effective. Many thanks to Dennis Patterson HVAC, and Doug, the most gracious tech I've ever encountered.

  We had such a great experience with this company and will definitely be calling on them again! I asked Christen about a service call due to our air conditioning not working upstairs, and she was able to get us on the schedule for that same day! What a blessing! My husband and I were so impressed with the professionalism and knowledge of the technician, and he took plenty of time with us to explain our options for the repairs and updates needed. The pricing was fair as well! We highly recommend this company to anyone needing HVAC service or repair!
