  Joe and Ryan came in and did an awesome oil tank replacement job!! They knew what they were doing and Ran the oil lines perfect!! I didn’t have to tell them how I needed them!! Great pair to do your job!! Thanks guys, Great Job Done Right!!!!!

  Dieter brothers supplied propane services for our home. There were tanks in 2 separate locations on the property. We only had 2 deliveries a year which was sufficient. The contract was in my mom's name and all was fine until she passed away. Once we then called to find out what my mom's bill entailed and to schedule a fill up we were told they are no longer servicing our area. They wouldn't write up a new contract for us in our names. We requested that they at least give us time to find a new provider. They gave us 2 weeks! It took 1.5 weeks just to get an estimate from one new provider! And if you've tried to schedule any service at all lately it often takes weeks to get actual service and sometimes months!!! We are now forced to go with that first provider because they just came to get the tanks and of course the gas that was already paid for with it. We would've gladly worked with them.... Paid off the bill (in my mom's name) and switched since they no longer wanted to come here to deliver gas.... IF they gave us the courtesy and time enough to get new services established. As is, this company just left a really bad taste in my mouth after losing my mom. Most places of business I've had to deal with because of her death we're very compassionate and responsive.... That is not what I found here at Dieter Bros. Just not a happy customer Dieter Bros.....I will add however that the service people who came to the house were always kind. This I believe is a business decision from higher ups who just don't care about people. Yes this is everywhere today but I still don't condone it.

  Heather, thank you for taking the time to submit your review. To be honest, it caught us by surprise. We had been calling, emailing, and sending mail via postal service in reference to the past due balances. We had no information that anything had changed. A courtesy phone call would have been nice. We did finally communicate with a male at the property who told us to pick up the tanks via email. You could have called and gotten this information from us. We are very sorry for your loss and wish you much success with your new supplier.

  They have been really good to us over the 7 years we have lived in our house. They have helped us several times when our heat has gone out. They have also helped with the maintenance of our air conditioner. The payment plans they offer have been great. It also includes the yearly checking of our burner/boiler. Very happy with their service.
