  I appreciate the responsive service and Dan was on time and a true professional. He explained what he was doing and was straight up about potential issues with my furnace without pressuring to fix what was a bit of an unknown problem. Highly recommend Degree for preventative maintenance and service calls.

  Dan came out to diagnose an issue with our five year old gas furnace. He was on time, very professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He was able to pinpoint the problem and correct it very quickly. He explained each step of the process as he was working and made sure we knew how to set the thermostats and change the batteries. This after having another company come out several weeks ago, whose tech diagnosed the issue incorrectly and installed a part that was not needed. We will be signing up for the Peak Performance Plan today! Highly recommend Degree Heating and Cooling!!

  I've been a long time customer of Degree, and I am extremely pleased with their level of service, professionalism and timeliness. We recently had to have our entire HVAC system, but in the years leading up to our recent replacement, they were extremely helpful in making sure that our old system could limp along until it absolutely needed to be replaced. There were no gloom and doom sales tactics to get us to replace our system sooner than needed. Once the system did finally need replacing, they helped us find a system that was affordable for our needs. Needs ensuring that we could capitalize on all available credits and discounts. When they do work on site, they are careful to not create a mess and they always clean up thoroughly once they're done. Every member of the degree staff who's visited our home has been incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. Helpful. The same applies with their business office staff who are equally awesome. Moreover, they are price competitive with most other service providers. What I like most about dealing with the Degree staff, is that they all genuinely seem to enjoy the work they do. We have dealt with other HVAC service companies in the past, and none have matched the level of service provided by Degree. I would highly recommend Degree to anyone who's serious about having a well-tuned and functioning HVAC system.
