  Thank you DJ for fixing the air at my father-in-law house. He is not doing good at all and you helped make him feel more comfortable in his own home where he wants to be. Your service was fast when we called and told you about him and you was here the next day. Thank you

  Excellent service and in a timely manner!! The tech explained everything he was going to do and was quick and efficient !!! 5 stars for sure. Highly recommend!!!

  Have had leaking ac for 3 weeks now. Called them sent someone out to look at it then the next week technician went on vacation(is there only one technician working there) and was told i would have to wait till they came back. They told me he will call monday when he returns..never did. Called tuesday asked what was going on said do you want us to order part i said yes if thats my only option. No call back on when had to call them again. They said cant get part anymore but will have tech come out between 8:30 and 9:00 am next day. Next day comes and i waited for two hours no call no show. I call and leave message and still have not heard from them going on a day and a half later. No courtesy to call and let me know they are busy,which i would have understood. My basement walls are getting damaged and basement full of water still! Will not be using them anymore giving my business to Rogers Heating and Cooling. Not a good way to run your business Degraffenreid!
