  After dealing with HVAC companies chosen by our home warranty we dropped the warranty companies and called Deer. From the initial phone call to final installation, we found Deer to be professional and quality minded. Jason, our salesman, was low-pressure, well mannered and offered us options to save money but without compromising comfort. Our install team of Micah and Josh delivered well. Their quality of work, attention to detail and knowledge shown throughout the install. Both were courteous and patient as I supervised and asked questions. I would save yourself some frustration and money, call Deer. Could you save a few bucks by going elsewhere, maybe, but can you really afford to? What's quality and professionalism worth to you? It wasn't worth the time and money lost to the other guys we dealt with!

  We recently moved into a new home and knew we needed to replace our aging propane furnace. We got a few different estimates from companies in the Dayton area, but we immediately felt most comfortable with Deer. Our Sales Representative, Tom, walked us through our options while taking care to balance our concerns about propane prices, increased efficiency, and cost. His extensive experience as a technician and installer prior to his role in sales made us feel confident in his knowledge and recommendations. He didn't try to upsell us on anything that wouldn't get us our bang for our buck, nor did he give us any cheap options that wouldn't work effectively for our home or didn't align with our priorities. In the end, the estimate Deer gave us was more affordable than the competition anyway. When we selected Deer, Tom even adjusted their schedule to get us in as soon as possible given that our old furnace was unsafe to use. On the day of the installation, John, Andrew and Micah showed up early and worked efficiently. They were very professional and courteous throughout the entire process. When they were finished, I was shown exactly how the system works, walked through how to setup the thermostat, and all my questions were addressed. We're very happy with our new system and highly recommend Deer!

  My experience with Deer has been very good !!! Jason, comfort specialist, was very detailed in explaining my different options in a new furnace & central air unit. Answered all my questions & Assured I was satisfied. The installation team ,( Slim, Micah, & Casey)were timely & did a great job !!! Thanks for doing a great job all the way around.
