  Our AC unit quit running on a 97 degree day and I called many places trying to find someone as soon as possible. Called Decker early the next morning and was told they could have someone here within an hour. Two places were going to charge $100 just to come look at our unit, one place stated they could not work on it because they didn’t install the unit. The price of fixing the unit was so reasonable. They will be our first call whenever we have heating and cooling issues.

  Better pick up the phone, they won't call you back. I called Decker and Sons on a Tuesday morning and described my AC problem to the woman who answered the phone. She told me that someone would be out that afternoon. I explained that I would need to have someone at the house and scheduled for first thing Thursday morning. I missed the call at 8:55 from a technician because I was in the chair at the dentist. At 12 noon, I called them back and the same woman said that she should have Brian call me to let me know when he would be by. It's 3:00 now and I've heard nothing. Really... How difficult is a quick phone call?

  I'm sorry to hear you've had a bad experience. We have record that the technician Mike called at 9am on scheduled day and time with no answer. Mike also left a message on the answering service. We then had to move on to our other scheduled appointments as we always call ahead to confirm. Again sorry for the bad experience. Please let us know how we can resolve this situation.

  I had a fantastic experience from top to bottom! I called Decker & Son's on a recommendation from a friend, and they made a same day appointment. I had to reschedule for the next day, and it was no problem. Brian came out and fixed the issue in no time. I watched everything he did, and he never seemed aggravated and answered all my questions. I never felt uncomfortable and he never talked down to me. I can't tell you as a woman how much I appreciate that! To top it off, it cost me way less than I was expecting. I will definitely call them for any of my HVAC needs in the future.
