Very professional run company. I had a problem with my installation. The way it was handled was great. Kelly made sure the service tech came back and addressed the issue. John and Josh the service tech were great and fixed it and ran a safety test. Good company and happy to use their service. Happy Day.

I just bought a home in East Millinocket. I was not familiar with oil heating or propane gas. I was moving from another state and had natural gas for everything. I was actually calling to cancel the service the previous owner had used. They used Dead River for propane gas and another company for oil, which is who I was going to use for both oil and propane gas. I had the opportunity to speak to a very nice person name Celeste. Celeste was extremely patient with my million questions and explained to me all of my options. I had to speak with my husband regarding everything I had learned. I made several attempts to call the other company to see if they were as forthcoming as Celeste was. They didn’t have the decency to return my call. But Celeste did! She called me the next day at exactly the time she told me she would. Because of Celeste’s great customer service and knowing the value of being diligent with customers, I not only left the propane gas account with Dead River, I also gave them my oil account as well! Thank you Dead River for knowing the value of your employee’s! With great customer service people like Celeste, you can’t loose!

This use to be a great company it's not anymore. I switched to Bragdon Energy. Your response is useless, manager at millinocket branch has no concept of customer service, all she knows is numbers
