Car not put back together completely inside engine compartment causing more damage to vehicle, all work not completed as I understand it. Different lugs put on rear of car , everyone friendly and polite though timely service not a priority

worst experience ever brought truck for oil and trans change and new tires they let me sit noone called to tell me truck was done they all walked passed me outside standing there with a fussy newborn then inform me no oil change.or.trans fluid change l had horrible attitudes and will never go back and I've gone for yrs do yourself
a favor go to Garrett's or somewhere else they also threw my spare tire i. bed of truck didn't bother to put it back under truck knowing I a. by myself and have lung issues so now gotta find someone to replace that back under my vehicle I have never experienced such a mess of a place in my life

Showed up 15 mins. early and was taken care of immediately, despite being incredibly busy. Fast, friendly, affordable...no complaints.

Recommended by my sister-in-law. From Hampton, just retired and bought a house here in Dinwiddie. Had some electrical problems, and called. Talked to one of the mechanics David for about 20 min on the way back from Hampton. Told him my problems. Took my truck in the next morning and they were able to diagnose the problem  and fix it in one day. Can't say enough about this place. Will definitely be going back to have anything  done that needs to be done. Great staff!! Thanks David, straight to up dude.

We broke down at a rest stop near the shop. This place had a town truck to our location in less than 10 minutes. Super friendly and knowledgeable. They even gave us a ride to a car rental place. They had our car fixed the next day. Went above and beyond on the repair. I highly recommend using this shop.
