  If I could give less than 1 star I would. My mother in law had a heating/cooling system put in about 6 years ago. They had to come back twice that year. We were never able to get a hold of them after that. She has passed, and we live here now. We've had many EXPENSIVE repairs. This morning, our ceiling collapsed after our ac went out yesterday. Ruined all sorts of newborn keepsakes I had stored. We've made 3 trips to the store for parts. We've never seen a system more rigged in our lives. We were warned about then, but they were the cheapest quote. BIG MISTAKE. USE ANYONE ELSE!! For the love!!
