  Original review is below but I wanted to let everyone know that I got a call the following week from Tyler. He told me he was going to make it right and came out to provide an estimate that same day. It takes guts to stand there and not only own up to a service failure, but then execute a good service recovery. I'm beyond impressed by the professionalism of this team. Pretty disappointed when Tyler no-call-no-showed for our appointment. I read all these great reviews but didn't get a call, text, email, or anything that he wasn't going to show up. I called, sent a text, and even waited an extra two hours just to give him the benefit of the doubt. Just really disappointed at the end of the day and I'll be calling someone else for an estimate on Monday.

  I highly recommend DBR Heat & Air. They were incredibly professional, on time, and great with communication. I Just recently had some work done, and couldn’t have been more satisfied.
