  My tech called and said he was ahead of schedule. Came a little early which was fine. He was very professional, knowledgeable and thorough. Got the job done fast and my dryer works great! Best repair service call in 25 years! Will definitely recommend your services. My tech deserves a raise or bonus. Best service guy ever!!

  Customer service was polite and friendly. Made sure the time was good. The technician called 15 minutes prior to arrival. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. Got my 21 year old microwave fixed, very professional. I would recommend Day's Appliance repair to my family and friends.

  Terrible experience. GE dryer was not heating. Technician stated it was the "brain" and to buy a Whirlpool or Maytag. Then had a GE repair rep out and it was the igniter. If we would have listened to Day we would have spent $1000. on a new dryer for a very simple repair. switch. I threw away $90.00 to Day Appliance. Unfortunately they are untrustworthy. Update:. Received a phone call from Mr. Day expressing his apologies and the refund of the service charge. He added that this one slipped between the cracks, but he did his best to make it right. I appreciate that very much.
