  We suffered a major plumbing failure. Reid Davis came over and handled the problem before it could turn into a catastrophe! 5 Stars for everything they did to resolve our issue promptly and efficiently.

  I'm only giving them a 1 because it won't allow me to post unless I give them a rating. I called this company earlier today for my 83 yr old uncle who is legally blind and can't dial the phone. He's been having problems with his air all summer. He asked me to look up a Davis Heating and Air in or around Augusta/North Augusta because this was who had installed his heat pump. I was...and am always....very polite, but was treated very rudely by the man who answered the phone...he said he was the owner of several Davis Heating and Air businesses, but was not the one who installed my uncle's unit. As I tried to explain that, yes, I see there are several listing with the same number, and I guess my uncle was mistaken......he rudely hung up on me! I started to call him back, but since I had called long distance, I figured I would just vent here. Not the proper way to treat someone over the phone and I will definitely be telling people to steer clear of this business.
