  We have used Davis previously and were always satisfied. Last night around 7PM we realized that we had no heat. We called and got answering service and they had Davis call us back ASAP. This morning around 7AM Alex called and asked if he could come in a few minutes as he was in our area. I wall thrilled as our house was down to 58 overnight and it was below freezing all night. Alex was courteous and respectful of our home. He looked at the gas burner and explained to me exactly what was wrong and he proceeded to tell me what it would cost and I told him to fix it. Within minutes he had the part in his truck and was able to fix it ASAP, and we were back in the heating business again. I can’t say enough about Alex he was a pleasure to have in our home and extremely respectful. Alex rates a 5 star rating and is in my opinion a very valued technician and a keeper for Davis. I wish all service techs were like Alex.

  They were able to diagnose and fix the problem of no heat very quickly. They also went the extra step of making sure that the issue will not happen again by cleaning throughly out the humidifier drain hose. The last two other HVAC companies I used had neglected to do that and did a horrible of job of standard system maintenance.
