  Eric and Terry were an absolute pleasure to work with. Eric originally came to give us an estimate to add in lights and outlets under our staircasw, but told us that they could actually complete the work today if we wanted. We went through with using them and could not be any happier. They were both professional and polite while here. I highly recommend working with Davis & Green Electrical!

  I am a real estate broker in Metro Richmond (40 year career) and I have personally used Davis & Green for decades. I’ve also referred them to dozens and dozens of my residential real estate clients. In the past, they have always performed great work at a reasonable price. HOWEVER, on their most recent service call to my personal home on 1/13/22, the scheduler had failed to make me aware of their new flat rate fee of $400 to simply install one overhead fixture in my breakfast room. The entire job took much less than even ONE HOUR to complete! Their work was excellent as always, but their pricing reflects gouging the customer. Heck, my dentist just last week only charged me $165 for THREE HOURS (included his assistant too) of extremely complicated dental work related to recent oral surgery! Be sure you first check out what Davis & Green is going to charge you before confirming an appointment with them. I think, like a lot of companies, they are greedily gouging consumers and unjustifiably using “inflation” as their excuse to do so. Needless to say, I will no longer be referring them to my clients and customers.

  We purchased a house and were not happy with the way our power line attached to the soffit. In November Davis and Green sent someone out to install an anchor. This past weekend we noticed that the anchor was pulling away from the house. A call to Davis and Green led to a technician to come out immediately and check the situation. Davis and Green took full responsibility for the situation and agreed to send a team out to install a permanent fix to the situation and said there would be no charge for the work. We will use them again and recommend them to anyone who needs electrical work done. Professional, respectful, clean, and explained everything.
