Awesome emergency service. My hot water tank broke and they were at my home with a new one within an hour.

Tried calling to schedule an appointment and they said it would be 2-3 weeks before they could get to me...which I said was okay and then they hung up on me. I guess they have enough business and don't need mine..

Have dealt with this company for a number of years for plumbing, heating and A/C maintenance, repair and replacement at a multi-unit property. They are very prompt and responsive, pleasant to deal with, and do good quality work. Highly recommend!!

These guys started out okay by sending out a service technician right away.  Only problem was no one called to let me know he was on his way, which was promised.  No matter as I was happy to see someone to help!

As the service technician made his assessment of my heating situations (yes 2 different problems), he seemed very unsure and confused and told me that someone would get back to me. I didn't understand why he couldn't tell me more, but I assumed he was pretty new at the job judging from his very young appearance.

By end of the day, I had heard nothing from the main office, so I called the office only to be treated very rudely and basically being ridiculed for calling so soon. I was told they would call me back.  When I offered up my name and phone number the man on the other end got extremely agitated.  I guess he didn't like being called out for being so arrogant.

Apparently, these types of things take days and a second look from a more seasoned technician, so I waited another day without heat.
A day later, I get a phone call that I absolutely need a new furnace for one of my problems and they had no answer on the second because the more seasoned technician never made it out.  I was then asked to take pictures of the problem to send to them.  I said absolutely not.  I need someone to actually take a look and handle this situation.  I was then told that because this heating unit was so old,  I would probably need a new heating unit for the second floor as well!  Grand total was around $4K.  I asked that a more seasoned technician come take a second look before we get into such a major production.   That was the last I heard from them.

I then called my usual heating and plumbing guy who usually helps me but was busy when this all happened.  I had both situations fixed with simple everyday parts that day for under $100.00.  Kudos to my usual guy for doing the right thing and shame on companies like this who are just trying to make a dollar.

The plumber I have used for ten plus years quit returning calls. My furnace has not worked since March. I called Monday morning. They came out and fixed furnace by Monday Afternoon. I can’t thank them enough.

Very professional, polite, on time, and went the extra mile to make sure the removal/installation of 4 hot water tanks went flawless. Ralph and Travis were very knowledgeable and skilled they were able to troubleshoot and over come obstacles that came about with precision! Thank you!

Over the years Davis Brothers have taken care of all the kinds of problems an old basement can experience. In so many ways the basement is the source of problems which when fixed make life a breeze. I was reminded of the Davis/Allison years of experience with my home when I had to call them about a potential problem late on Friday.  They called me back with the solution after hours. Call me grateful.
