  My husband and I recently purchased our 1st home. It's older And has some issues, but it's all fixable. When the diverter blew off the tub, I was beyond peeved. Every plumber could "squeeze us in" in the next week or two. I ran the gauntlet. I found David Leroy who was the first to respond with "we have availability today!" I was in the books for this afternoon. I was called with an earlier appointment, which I happily took. The tech was, honest to God, the most pleasant person I could've hoped for. Mark was professional, courteous, and truly went above and beyond. The job even came in under budget!!!! I'll recommend this company to anyone who will listen. 10/10!

  Great experience with Jake. One of the coldest days of the year, with the potential for a serious snowstorm, and my heater goes on vacation. This heater was serviced by another company just a month ago. Jake was assigned my job, called me and said he would arrive in 45 minutes. Jake arrived and identified a number of issues with my 28 year old heater, chief among which was a high carbon monoxide reading. He explained what would be required to have heat in the short term, and part replacements that would be required later to extend the life of my heater. However, he indicated that having heat in the short term was dependent on fixing the safety issue. Jake fixed the issue, supplied me with estimates of recommended part replacements, and basically suggested that I seriously consider replacing the unit, but he didn’t push it. If I had a business, I would be confident sending Jake to represent me. Prompt, courteous, and very knowledgeable, Jake turned a potential disaster into a customer service experience worth talking about. To the owners I say, Jake is good for business.
