  Paid a pretty penny for a new outside a/c box and install. Never worked right. Response and "repair" were terrible. Eventually no response. Called another company to look at it. They refused to fix it due to everything being wired incorrectly. They said it would be at least an 8 hr job. Called yet another company who also confired the wiring was all screwed up. They at least got enough wiring fixes so that our furnace was not contantly running and so we can have heat. This company said to fix the air will be a challenge and due to the messed wiring, the outside box may need replaced due to it possibly burning up from running incorrectly. There is another part that makes the air work at the furnace area that got ruined because of this. If you don't want to pay for a unit and be stuck with one that incorrect wiring breaks and then have to get another unit and extra parts, do not use this company!!!

  Dave was recommended by a co-worker of mine. When he arrived and started working on the AC unit, I was listening to him from the kitchen window, so as to hear him tell me when to turn on the AC from inside. While waiting for this instruction, he was constantly remarking and making insults while he was working. He was insulting me, which he claims he didn't do, he was talking to his son. THAT also, I didn't appreciate. His son didn't need to be treated in such a manner especially when the customer can hear it all. I marched outside, stated him to leave, asked politely of the son to give me the screws he had in his hand for the AC unit and placed $100 into the son's hand. You can tell the son was shocked and didn't want to take the money. I hope the son got to keep the money. I was so angry of the conduct, the son deserves the money for putting up with his dad, DAVE. I said a few more very "harsh" words to Dave as I walked away to go back inside. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND, NOT PROFESSIONAL!!! I hate giving 1 star!
