  I knew something was wrong with my heat. Texted Dave that he had worked on my a/c before, and inquired as to his availability. He responded quickly, and said he would be out in TWO HOURS. Who does that? An HVAC person, getting to a house in TWO HOURS after a call? He identified the problem within 2 minutes. Worked on something for a bit. Wasn't judgy when years of dog hair and whatever else had gummed up the pieces. Went out for a part, came back maybe 1.5 hours later. He drilled, poked, and did some kind of magic.... problem fixed. It may be 6⁰ tomorrow, but I've got heat again! I was expecting a bill in the thousands, because: HVAC. It was under $400. He was here for like 3 hours total! Amazing! He is trustworthy, kind and doesn't gouge. Those kinds of pros are few and far betwewen.

  Dave came out after hours! He went above and beyond. Explained everything in great detail every step he did. Oh ya and he fixed the issue.
