  During a recent servicing of my AC system, a technician from Dave's inadvertently punctured a coil which resulted in the loss of coolant. He immediately contacted his office to report the incident and also explained to me what happened. He showed me where the coil had been damaged and expressed his sincere regret for having made the error. He kept me apprised of the situation as plans for corrective action were unfolding. He was honest and forthcoming about everything. I was also contacted by someone from the office at Dave's who provided status updates regarding actions to obtain necessary parts and equipment. It wasn't long before technicians were working to replace the damaged part. Their actions to resolve the issue were swift and thorough, and my AC was fully functional later the same day. As a longtime customer of Dave's, I was impressed by how they handled a situation I had never experienced with them before. Throughout the process Dave's employees showed their honesty and integrity. I look forward to many more years of their exceptional service. I trust Dave's.

  After 13 days without air conditioning and battling our home warranty company to replace the unit, we finally turned to Dave's on a recommendation from one of our clients. Adam and his crew were amazing! They worked from early in the morning all the way through the day in the pouring rain to get us up and running...Even though they could have left at 5pm and returned the next day to finish up the job, they stayed late until everything was tested and working. We are so grateful to Dave's for their outstanding customer service. As Realtors, we will definitely refer Dave's to all our clients and friends!
