  Called Dave to install a part in my unit. I took the day off to meet him at my house. I told him if he couldn't make it let me know so I can call someone else. He no I will be there. He said he would call me when he was by my house. That was at 9am. At 9pm I realized he wasn't coming after waiting all day with no air. I called someone else and they showed up on time. I wouldn't recommend Dave to nobody.

  Service was absolutely terrible. I am renting a house and noticed a problem with the HVAC system. The owner gave me Dave's number to have it resolved. I called no less than 4 times last week and never received a call back to schedule an appointment. On my next call I was told that someone would be at my house on Tuesday at 9:30. No one ever called and no one showed up. I called back again to schedule an appointment and the guy talked about a having a bad divorce and problems with his kids. I said I was trying to understand his situation. He promised that he would show up today between 9 and 9:30. I took time off work and no one showed up. I called his cell phone but he didn't answer. I will never use Dave's Heat & Air for any level of service. He didn't want my business, he probably doesn't want yours either.
