  We found out recently that a mouse had been living in our range, leaving behind quite a mess under the stove top. I decided to look up the insulation I would need for my range model and was disappointed to find out that it was over $200 for just the ceramic fiber insulation I needed and would take a week to arrive. So, I decided to look locally. After being turned away by 20 or so other appliance and insulation stores, I happened to call Dave's and am very glad I did. After explaining my situation, the representative told me they had a spare box of insulation for a different/similar model, but were willing to sell it to me for a very reasonable price. I should also mention that, in the event the insulation didn't work out, he offered to take it back for a full refund. I decided to take the hour trip south and was pleased to see a box of insulation with my name on it upon arrival. The store was clean and everyone inside was friendly and welcoming. It's now been about two weeks since I installed the new insulation from Dave's and I'm happy to report that everything is in working order! Thank you again to Dave's Appliance for saving me both time and money on this. I couldn't be happier with the experience.

  I ordered a new oven range at the end of March, and like many things these days it has been on backorder due to the worldwide chip shortage. The employees at Dave's Appliance have been great through the long wait, checking in with updates and offering help in case I wanted to look at other options. Never charged me until the unit arrived and they checked in with me to confirm everything. Finally got the range today, the delivery guys were great - very friendly, went over what to do before using it, and made sure the oven was perfectly level. We would absolutely recommend Dave's!

  After searching for a deal I settled on a used appliance from Dave's Appliance. The service I received was honest and friendly. The store was full of quality appliances that people seemed interested in. Several associates were busy giving customers information on the options available. Never thought an appliance store could be such a popular place. I got the used appliance home and found it worked but had a loose switch. I called Dave's and I explained the problem. An associate cross referenced the part, ordered it and then set up service call for free. My appliance works great now. It's worth stopping in at Dave's for your appliance search.
