Technician Junior arrived on time, giving me a call 1/2 hour prior to arrival and arrived wearing a mask.  Junior was able to answer my questions and provide information about the work.  Highly satisfied with the professionalism and courtesy.

Charged $160 for an estimated job.  Then explained a $400 test was needed and still mite not be able to fix.  Called an honest mechanic got it fixed for $150.  This company is a total rip off.

Mr Chambers ,  When we arrived we spent 1.5 hours trying to find a refrigerant leak. We checked all of the exposed joints with liquid leak detector which did not show us where the leak was. At that point you were instructed that additional testing was required and it would be more money , this test would pinpoint exactly where the leak was and if it was not within the walls may be able to be fixed or if the coil or compnet was under some manufactures warranty the part may be covered but not the labor. You had chosen not to go forward at that point and have your future son in law call me to discuss the matter with me. Being he was not there he only understood what you tried to explain. We had a conversation and it was understood that he wanted us to come back and do the 3 piece 24 hour  Nitrogen Test that would without fail tell us exactly in what component the leak was. After that we could do the repair or replacement if needed. Vic the field service manager called when he was inroute and you cancelled the call.

You requested that a permanent repair be made , Not A Cheap , just fix it for now repair. I am sure that if we added just the refrigerant to get you by for now , you would have called saying the same thing how we ripped you by not doing the test , or we ripped you off because we didn't do our due diligence to permanently fix the system.

Either way after being in this business for over 35 years we get this every year from at least 1 of the thousands of customer we service , I am truly sorry feel this way and wish you luck in the future.

Installed air conditioning system without filters or room to install them. Left outdoor unit wiring disconnected and said the system was ok to use. No wonder it was not cooling.

In October I was having issues with my boiler, so of course I called on Danisi. 10 years ago my boiler broke down and I called on Danisi. They were quick to respond to my call. It turned out that I needed a new boiler. They were able to install a new boiler the next day. So last month when I was having issues with my boiler, I called on Danisi. Jay, Mike and Chris were very knowledgeable and helped my family and I out in our time of need. I could never praise them enough for taking the time to explain everything they were doing and not take advantage of us. A major thumbs up for Jay, Mike and Chris and the Danisi organization for everything. I will be a Danisi customer for life. Thanks again guys, you're the best.

Danisi is the best !!!, They came out last night in the cold and cleaned my boiler ( I just had one of those face book fly by nights do it 2 weeks ago) . After my house filled up with smoke I called Danisi after my neighbor said I should call her company, they always respond and she was right!!. Mike came with 20 minutes and said the parts the other company used were wrong , The nozzle was way to big, anyway after about and hour he had it running and safe. I would recommend DanisI to anyone who wants good honest fast service !!

I'm in Miller Place.  My heat was out and it was cold in a big part of my home.  I called Danisi Energy and got same day service.  The tech diagnosed the problem, explained all to me intelligently,  gave me a super reasonable price, called his office & ordered the part needed to do the repair.  The office called back the same day and said the part would be in 730am the next morning and they could be back by 8am. Amazing Service.  Highly Recommend.
