Our AC went out and they were able to come out the next day. Worked on the unit and got it cooling, somewhat, that day. The tech was very friendly and easy to work with. That night the AC unit went completely out and wouldn’t even turn on. Called again, and they assumed they needed another part which they could install Monday. We told them we were going to just order a new unit with another company, but they were still going to install the part needed so we would at least have a functioning AC unit until the new one arrived. Never happened. I’m sure this is a busy time of year and the price wasn’t an issue, if it would have got the unit working for longer than 24 hours.
