  We purchased a gas fireplace through Dalton Plumbing and Heating.Had a wonderful experience from dealing with the Comfort Advisor, to the very professional installation experts. They went above and beyond to help us plan all the details even put us in contact with a very experiences finish carpenter/stone layer. It turned out beautiful! They were very prompt and prices were very fair. We would definitely recommend!

  ABSOLUTELY amazing! Dan was incredibly professional while being very personable, kind, patient, helpful, considerate, and attentive. He truly went the extra mile to provide exceptional service.He said he loved his job, and you could easily tell by his enthusiasm and willingness to give extra effort such as vacumming the coils while he working on the outlet. Could NOT recommend him more!

  They repaired my gas fireplace. We had a slight gas leak called Dalton to come look at it. It was a busy time, in one of the cold spells, so it took a week or more for service to get there. However once they got to us, the technician found the leak, which was in a very difficult position to get to. The repair part had to be ordered, so I hoped for a quick delivery. Within a week the part had arrived, the tech got the fireplace back together, (which was very difficult given the tight spaces he had to deal with!) and even though it took longer then expected, they honored the quoted price. Dalton technicians are always polite and aware of keeping the house clean. When they walked out the basement was as clean as we've seen it. Thanks Guys!
