  Not very professional. They don't value business form people they don't know. Not punctual at all. Had to give my address 3 times?!? Hung up on me when I told him not to worry himself to come after being late an asking for my address a fourth time.

  Adrienne, the girl that answers the phone was probably out of the office....you must of gotten me on the phone...i try and tell people i am real slow on a key board...yep i am a very slow typer......i fixed heating and cooling systems... office work is not my fast point..hope you got it fixed..
