  Asked another company to come out and check unit because defroster was not working in winter. Could not get a response on repair after they learned we didn't need a new unit. I was referred to Shane by a friend and it was the best call I could have made. He showed me the problem was a wire that needed to be plugged in. We tested it and the heat works fine now. I am so glad I called him and will only use him for servicing the unit in the future. Thank you Shane.

  It's cold nights like this that remind me how much you took advantage of my Mother in law. Shame shame. No auxiliary available just use space heaters is what you told me. Shame shame.
