  Avoid Donnie Wooten!!! He is not reliable! I have purchased TWO HVAC systems from him that he also installed. One of which was a split unit. I’ve been trying to get him out to service and address some problems we are having with the split unit he installed for almost a year. Phone calls. Text. VM messages, ect. Finally got a response from him “I don’t work on those anymore” ???!!!!

  I contacted Donny to see if he could replace the coil on a 4 yr. old heat pump. He did not install the unit but said he could replace the coil for me since it was still under warranty. He replaced the coil, I had to call him the next day system wasn't working properly, because he left a valve off of the coil. When he came back to work on it he complained about not any money on my job because he was having to make extra trips to fix it. To make a long story short he never did fix my heat pump, the service light would come back on within a few hrs. after he left my house. He made several trips to my house to work on the system and never could fix it. So please think twice before you ever use this guy to service your ac/heat system .
