  Walked into the shop and was greeted with a "how can I help you?" If you need a part, come here. The team is knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and kind. My experience with the folks at D&L in Durham is a great example of why I shop local. I will definitely be back!

  We bought a dryer off of craigs list and found out it was missing the heating element. Clint was so helpful with getting the right parts and now we have a functioning dryer !!

  This place has great service and everything you need for appliance repairs. I was just about to buy a new dryer... figured i would call... they walked me through what parts to bring in for testing. Brought in and discovered that heating element had failed... 65$ later.. and a bit of go get grit... dryer is good as new! Thanks y'all!!
