  I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with D&L Heating and Air. Overall experience is A+, superb from beginning to end. I needed to replace my upstairs AC Unit and was looking to get quotes from different companies to get it replaced. I called D&L, and they appointed Rob for the job. From the moment he showed up on my property, he was highly professional. He took the time to walk me through all the details and make recommendations. The communication was superb at ALL times, whether by phone or via text; he was always ready to answer my questions and giving good advice. The quote came with no issue, and even after confirming late on a Thursday that I would like to get the job done the following Friday morning (I had to catch a flight on Friday afternoon), Rob made it happen. Even after hours on Thursday, he showed up again to make sure that the following day he would not find any surprises. On Friday, Rob and two crew members (Max and Ceferino) showed up on time. They unloaded the truck with a brand new unit; Fan/condenser (outside) and Air handler (Attic). Both Max and Ceferino were great, and they knocked the job even ahead of schedule. They were cautious when removing the old equipment, as well as getting the unit inside the house, even in tight spaces such as stairs and the attic. At all times, I was able to tell that these guys knew what they were doing, you can tell they have years of experience doing this. After 4 hours, a brand new unit was up and running, my problem was solved. Rob walked me through the last details and he sent me all the info so that I can register the warranty. Once again, a big thank you to Rob, Max and Ceferino. Impeccable, I will use D&L and I will ask for Rob and crew. Just to complement this review, I had met with 5 other companies, price wise D&L was very competitive, they were the lower price (not by much) but what really sealed the deal for me was customer service and the honesty from Rob and crew. Thank you guys once again!

  I wish to commend your technician Jeremiah for a job well done. It took a few tries to get the furnace problem solved but he was persistent and stuck with it until he was confident the correct part was installed. He also went to extra lengths to make certain all areas both inside and outside the furnace were clean.

  If you expect excellent customer service, find another company with better reviews. I was a customer for 7 years, and they weren’t even sorry to lose me. They will lose more money from no longer having me as a customer then they would have if they had just corrected the issue. If you live in Gwinnett county look at HVAC companies on the Best of Gwinnett website, so many other better options listed there.
