  Our AC went out about a week ago and I property management asked them to come out. A couple hours later I found out that they decided not to come so they sent another company. Later this week our AC was still having issues so they came out. The gentleman just walked around our house. We told him that the unit was in the basement where our tenants live. He literally walked down the stairs and came back up and said they didn’t answer. He didn’t even try to knock. Then he was supposed to come out the next day and he made an excuse that our property management didn’t want him to come out. That was not the case!
