  Realized at dinner that my furnace was out. It's winter. Temp is dropping in the house. Wife's panic is rising. Called D&E. They asked my house type and location. Knew there was a power outage in my area that day and exactly what the problem was with my furnace. They talked me through the fix. Badda bing badda boom. Knowledgeable. Friendly. Ready for emergencies.

  Been calling and leaving messages, would like to give them my business. No one calls back. Wonder if they are out of business? Need an AC and new Furnace. But no response. Oh well.
