  They fixed my water heater under "warranty" but didn't do a good job at all. had to keep coming back because they swapped a plumber each time so nobody knows what the others did. Then they charged more then they should for stuff and were bad at explaining pricing. I would never use them for house work. Only for big projects where you can actually get a price in advance because they are at least somewhat good at that. even if pricey for the work.

  Hello Mr. Rainey, We appreciate your feedback. The water heater was purchased by the homeowner who was selling the home at the time you were purchasing it. D/E/F Services Group played no role in selecting, or purchasing the unit from a preferred vendor. Our labor included installing the new unit, disconnecting the new unit when a part failed, reconnecting an existing older unit on your behalf so you'd have hot water, and finally when the replacement part became available we returned to reinstall the new unit. Our goal is always to assist our customers in limiting the negative circumstances when it comes to lack of heat, hot water, or electricity. It is our belief that circumstances outside of our direct control are contributing to your overall experience, and it is our hope that we can be there should you need us in the future.

  I contacted DEF Services to replace my boiler. They responded immediately and gave a detailed estimate quickly. The work was scheduled soon after and I was very impressed with the workmanship. The team arrived on time and worked straight through the day to ensure I'd have working heat and hot water before they left (much appreciated since it was 40F outside). They returned the next day to clean up (great job) and fix a leaky pipe - the leak was due to the very old copper piping in the house. They set up the thermostat for us, as well. They stayed to answer all our questions. They are very responsive - answering my email questions usually within minutes. I am very pleased with the entire experience and would highly recommend them.

  Great local contractor, from small jobs to large they do it all. Iv witnessed the quality of work they do first hand and truly believe this company will continue to thrive and bloom into an even larger company then they already are. The owner and employees truly believe that quality is everything and the work they put out shows it. They are truly a one stop contractor and I'd highly recommend them to anyone who needs work done.
