Great interaction with the owner and his installers/ Technicians. We had two(2) complete new heat pumps installed. Crews were on time and completed removal and installation in minimum time. Also Great cleanup of the work areas and removal of old equipment. Will highly recommend! Very professional.

Had them out to check my system for spring maintenance the past two years and both times the same guy has been out to check everything and make sure it’s ready for summer. Don’t bother asking him any questions about how the spring check I’d different from a check in the fall. I have a heat pump and I asked a few questions to familiarize myself with the heating and cooling cycles and the gentlemen froze and mumbled under his breath and stated he would have to call and get this information from someone else. Needless to say I found the information I was looking for just by a google search which I understood by reading a few articles. Bottom line is you better hope this fellow doesn’t make any repairs to any system. I’m not sure if he even properly checked my system and he left as soon as possible and collected 94$ to basically look at my system with his eyes.

Sir, your experience is unfortunate, but I am not finding you in our customer files.

Got a new heat pump through them and they came in at well below the price of anyone else, and then slogged through large puddles on a rainy day to get it installed. The workers were very nice and thorough. Only two things I didn't like. I pretty much knew I was having them out there for an estimate for a new heat pump, and they did a diagnostic of my old one and charged me for it anyway, even though I just wanted an estimate for a new one. That cost me an extra $50. And also beware that they charge 3% for using a credit card, even if the charge is $4200 (which is what I paid!). So if you don't have the cash in the bank right now for something like that, you'll get charged an extra $120 or so just to use your credit card! I would still recommend them though. I've been using them for years and they've always been fair and knowledgeable.
