  I called on a Friday afternoon to see if someone could fit me in to fix my air conditioner that day. I was told a little after 5 which was fine. I waited and waited until 8:30 pm to hear anything at all from the company. I received no notification that they would be very late and maybe couldn't get me in until the next business day. So I called back. I was told they would check with their worker, fine. I did not receive a call back after that. I called again at 9 pm only to find it closed for the weekend. I should have been notified of something at some point. Monday morning following I called the same number only to find the phone answered by a man who had no idea what I was talking about that he didn't own the business anymore his son did. I have never been given more of a run around in my life. He gave me his phone number but I feel this was all so unprofessional I have chosen to take my business elsewhere. I would give it no stars but it wouldn't let me post.

  If you are looking for people that will get the job done, know what they are doing, and won't rip your arms and legs off, these are your guys. My furnace stopped working, and these guys came in fixed the electrical work and the leak very quickly. I believe they also deliver oil.
