Doug was great to work with. I have a custom cabinet shop, so there were some logistics probably outside the norm. Doug was able to honestly answer all my questions, and give helpful suggestions in order to get us the best product for our needs. He did what he said, in the time frame, and for the price that he said he would. I will be using D & A for all of my HVAC needs.

Doug has great knowledge in his field of expertise. His prices are fair for the quality of service and the product he installed. I really appreciate how efficient he worked to get us up and going. His Tech James was very nice and even moved things for us that we couldn't lift. I will definitely recommend them to anyone!

Doug showed up almost 4 hours late for my 8am appointment, I called 2x to check in to see if he was still coming but was told he got “caught up” on another job. There was no apology or explanation for the tardiness upon arrival (around 12pm), then I was told a part had to be ordered for my AC unit. He then proceeded to tell me “They will call you” and left quickly. I understand there is no definite time frame when ordering parts, but even a guesstimate would have been nice. Seemed like a nice enough guy, but possibly overwhelmed with many jobs given the time of year. Would not recommend, very disappointed in the lack of communication and caring overall. I will be sitting at home in 100° weather this weekend with no AC, so that will be fun. Updated 6/18/2020: D&A came back the next business day (Monday), within the designated time window, and fixed the issue quickly! They did a great job.

I am so sorry Kendra about being so late to your job and a decided lack of communication. Yes we were quite overwhelmed with the number of emergency service calls that came in because of the sudden change of temperature. The time frame on your repair is determined by the process set by your landlord. We are unable to simply repair a system if costs exceed what has been pre-approved. And we are doing our best to make you a priority. It is always our goal to satisfy those we work with and we failed you. I apologize.
