  We have been using Czapp & Griffith to repair our heating system throughout the years. It's always been an emergency repair and they have always been responsive and professional and get the job done in a timely manner. We needed a new water heater installed. Jake and Kurt were very courteous and professional. They got the job done within a few hours. When I need any kind of service, Czapp & Griffith are by far the best in the area and will always get our business.

  Had new countertops and sink installed. Called to have a plumber come and reconnect the sink drain. Terry came out, on time, and was very professional and personable. Got everything hooked back up and working again.

  We had our furnace die on us the beginning of November. It took them a little bit of time to get back to me with a price on how much everything was gonna cost. That being said they had the best price out of everywhere I checked. They did a great job and everyone was very nice. They didn't complain either about having to deal with the old 100 year old furnace. I'm sure it probably was a pain but they didn't seem to mind. I would have them help again with any other issues that would come up in our house.
