Cypress air cleaned my Fire Place and replaced the glass fire place enclosure with the one in the picture. The glass screen was supposed to be new but it only lasted a month before it fell apart. I have called Cypress air numerous times in effort to resolve this issue..They said someone would contact me but no one ever calls. It’s getting Dangerous, My Pilot light in my fire place just went out.

We purchased a gas log insert from Cyprus in November 2021 and are still awaiting the installation. Their service and scheduling team is horrible. They don't communicate. They schedule appointments and no one shows up. I highly caution anyone from patronizing them, particularly if you require an installation of a product. UPDATE: My logs were finally completed on February 15, 2022. This was approx 2 1/2 months after purchase. Cyprus planned to discuss with me after completion how to make things right, considering all the appointments they had not shown up for or rescheduled. I have not heard from them since the project was finished. I still would not use Cyprus Air again, nor would I recommend them for anyone else.

Cyprus Air did not honor pricing available at the time of purchase. They have missed appointments repeatedly, shown up without needed parts, and failed to coordinate with the county inspectors. Their customer service is unresponsive via email, their answering service, and when I manage to talk directly to them, they are unable or unwilling to take action to fix problems. I'll update this review if they ever finish my gas fireplace insert install. Update: Cyprus finished the installation. The end result is satisfactory. They have offered to refund 20% based on the experience. I've updated the rating above accordingly.
