  We had a leak underground at our water meter. Dave was awesome. He took care of contacting Ms. Utility to mark underground cables, etc. and was out the next day. It was a coupling off the meter that had failed. He was able to cut out and replace with new parts and we’re thrilled. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

  We had him come over to look at our water leak in our bathroom and check what can be probably be done.He showed up couple hours late and without a mask(covid19). He charge $110 leaving us with a hole in our wall and our own dirty towel(since he doesn’t have any materials or tools with him) plus our drainage not fixed And just A possible recommendation what we can do about it. Positive thing, the guy is super friendly and local.

  After being told by A1 American that the water heater needed to be replaced, Mr. Bob Cyphers was nice enough to speak with me over the phone about my situation. He discovered that the water heater was only 3 years old and under warranty. My pilot light kept going out and when I had a hard time getting it to come back on, he came out that day and made repairs. After speaking with 3 other plumbers and doing a little research of my own, Mr. Cyphers seemed to be the most honest and qualified. Unlike A1, he is more interested in fixing the problem and not just trying to make a buck.
