  Tech was in my basement for 15 minutes. I heard no noise. l looked in basement, he was not there. After another 15 minutes he came out from the back of a closed truck. He went down the basement for 5 minutes and said he was finished. I asked him if he cleaned and vacuumed furnace? He said yes. He must have the quietest vacuum on the planet. I gave him cash. No change, no receipt, no itemized bill. Wham, bam, thank you man. Never again!!!!!

  We’ve used CW Services multiple times. You can trust what they tell you. That’s hard to find these days. I would describe them as having great quality, fair pricing and you don’t have to deal with pushy sales tactics (like so many of the big service companies). They are great to work with.
