Nice guys, have no issue with them as people. Pleasure to have come out. Unfortunately the techs are poorly trained, and don't have the right tools to do the job. Techs came out on two separate occasions. One for diagnosis, which I'm sure they thought it'd be a quick warranty check. I told the tech when he arrived, I was pretty certain it was a bad compressor.(I'm also a HVAC tech, I thought I was fortunate to have my home warranty cover parts and labor) Troubleshooting began and ended up burning up a brand new compressor contactor before deciding to Ohm the motor windings out. Fast forward to compressor replacement day. Techs showed up with no vacuum pump, recovery machine or recovery drum. I'll let everyone guess how the R22 was removed from the system. How do you pull a vacuum on a system to recharge it free of air and moisture without a vacuum pump? You can't. Recharged the system without pulling a vacuum. Was told another guy had the tools. If it was me, I wouldn't have done the job. Was told there was no warranty on the work by them and there wouldn't be one from the compressor manufacturer. The only good thing I can say was that the techs were nice and polite guys, otherwise I would not recommend their work.

They came out 5-7 times and never fixed my issue completely every time it was something else that needed to be fixed. I’m not sure if it needed to be fixed at all at this point each time the system blew cold air different problem same functions. I know sometimes when u fix something something else breaks but not this many things and every time the exact best day it’s out again this is a fishy business.

Contracted out by my home warranty company, had to keep calling them to get a time, finally given a day with a 30 minute call window (NOT A TIME), still waited and then they called back at 8PM and said they cant come and someone will be out the next day, no one called us. So at 4pm I called the Home warranty company and they fired them. TERRIBLE! Keep looking folks
