  Cutting Edge was amazing. They were so thorough and were absolutely wonderful, so great we are scheduling them for seasonal maintenance. Gene was so skilled and had amazing expertise. We had a previous company come out before and they didn't even understand our systems. Gene knew everything about all of them. They were excellent to ensure everything was covered under my home warranty as well. This was a pleasant surprise. I would recommend them to EVERYONE I know, a company you can trust!

  We have AHS and every/any time we need heating or AC repair we always request Cutting Edge! They contact us within 24/48 hrs and we are scheduled with a technician in a timely manner. This time we had the pleasure of having Tony - he came to assess and back to install the parts- we now have heat! My husband said he was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly! Definitely would highly recommend Cutting Edge! 🌡❄🌧🛠🪛🙂

  The owner and Krystal are both highly unprofessional. Krystal never explained to me that there was a "cash" price vice a more expensive credit card price, in fact she never even explained to me exactly what work was being done at my property. So when I asked if they could honor the cash price since I hadn't been told this was an option they lied and said they fully explained this all to me. I offered to give my routing and bank account number in order to avoid the fees in fact I said I was willing to do any type of transfer to avoid the additional $50 they wanted to charge me. It's 2021 and there are so many apps and ways to transfer money but clearly this poor excuse of a company severely needed an extra $50 from a single mom in the military who is trying to make ends meet. This job already cost me a total of $1710 and then they added an extra $50 without my consent. The owner then told the technician that either I pay or he's going to rip the new coil out of my home! That seems like no way to speak about a paying customer! Complete disrespect! The poor technician tried his best but I understand it wasn't in his hands and he couldn't waive the hidden fees. Both technicians were kind and worked quickly but unfortunately the owner and Krystal ruin the whole company with their lack of morals and integrity. My home warranty company assigned them and I'll tell you now if your home warranty does this ask to be switched immediately! They have no integrity whatsoever. Take heed to all these negative reviews and run. Run!!! Run quick!

  Hello. We pay a 6% cc fee to the credit card company. We split that with the customer. No matter if you use paypal or other pay methods, there is a fee. We cannot use your bank account information. It was in the notes that the fee was discussed with you. I am sorry for the misunderstanding. We can't complete jobs for free and we were contracted to do your property. If you do not pay, we cannot leave the equipment for you without you paying for it.
