Of course we are in a heatwave and I’m sure they are under a lot of pressure to assist many customers for repairs but kindly squeezed me in and got my unit up and working. Very grateful for their service!

Customer First installed an entire new heat pump for me, ductwork and all. They did what they said they would do at every step. They always showed up on time, gave me a quote on the spot, and did an excellent install job that even impressed the inspector. Communication was excellent, and the owner has a knack for explaining technical issues in a clear, understandable way. Their price for the job was 40% below their competitors' quotes for the exact same equipment. The install was completed yesterday, and we could not be happier. The unit we bought is a Bosch 18 SEER, and Customer First did not artificially overcharge for the efficiency upgrade over the 14 SEER unit they offer. They did the little things too, like accommodate thermostat change requests and a shift in vent colors without any increases in price. The job ended up costing the exact amount they quoted me the first day they came out to the house. These fellas know what they are doing, and I fully recommend them for any HVAC work. They have integrity and will give their honest assessment of what you should (or maybe shouldn't) do to meet your HVAC needs. Thanks Customer First!

Matthew and his team came out and replaced our 15 year old HVAC system. It quit working over Christmas and they were more than willing to help us over the holiday. His price was fair, they took exactly the amount of time that he said it would take and they were courteous throughout. I could not recommend them enough and would definitely use them again!
