  I couldn't have been happier! I received 5 bids for a new heat pump. 3 from the large HVAC companies and 2 from smaller companies. The two smaller companies didn't have fancy vans, double screen laptops and big sales presentations... They showed up, and did the quote. Custom System had a great price and well reviewed product. Very consultative on what we really needed in our home. We have 3 other heat pumps and will absolutely use them again when it's time to replace the next in line. We couldn't be happier with the job done!
