  I was able to set up an appointment via text, which was very convenient for me. The tech arrived on time and even called to let me know he was on his way. The tech was a very nice gentleman and was thorough in checking to make sure my heating system was working properly. He found an issue with a wire outside that was ready to short out due to rubbing against copper tubing, and fixed the issue on the spot. He was able to answer any questions I had. Highly recommend.

  I can honestly say I was blown away by the friendliness and professionalism of Jeff and his team. I'm coming from Louisiana where the hurricanes devastated everything. Sad to say the contractors I've dealt with recently have been low-down and dirty. Seriously, I've had to start locking up my tools and ladders because they somehow disappear every time a new contractor visits my home. However, Jeff, Chad and Jordan only gave off genuine and ethical vibes. They showed up on time, Jeff worked to provide me with different choices and discounts for my unexpected install. They all shared pro knowledge so I understood and felt comfortable with the install procedure. Lastly, but best of all, they cleaned up after themselves! I was able to enjoy my afternoon without having to pick up or sweep leftover trash! In a world where work ethic is dwindling, I sure hope this company is doing their best to reward these top-notch employees. Hoorah for Jeff, Chad and Jordan! Hoorah!

  This Company is a stand up type of business. They are honest and direct. Steven is a trustworthy employee that delivers the upmost service and professionalism. He is honest and up front with diagnosing and fixing any problem you may have with your heating and air units. He will make sure the problem is solved and guaranteed when he is finished. Highly recommend this company, especially during these hot Carolina summers!
