  I hired them to do a start up on a boiler. They told me I needed to add an external pump so I had them do that also, turns out I didn't need an external pump that was a couple hundred dollars. They never did a start up and installed the pump incorrectly so I didn't have heat, the person I talked to in the office told me the guy he had do the work was a hack and not very good. They came to fix the pump install and failed a second time. When they failed the second time it caused my boiler to run for 6 weeks straight burning up an entire tank of propane. When I called to tell them about there mistakes the installer said he was sorry and would talk to the owner but I never heard back from them. In the end I gave them over a thousand dollars for work I didn't need, didn't receive and then fixed myself. Northern Indoor was a far superior HVAC company.
